Merging Armins search and tagging stuff into Gregors changes

removed texclass_wrapper, refractoring (using task instead of exercise), option to delete everything except created pdfs

latex enviroment variables and class options are not hard coded but read from texclass_wrapper.ini, making the script more flexible.
