AppMath: updated docs, added derivator feaatures, fixed newton_solver, added numerical jacobian to newton solver and added solver example

AppMath: backend kind of works but not for the data stuff of matrices, so not really working yet. May need to change it to only show the number of allocated, deleted matrices instead of the bytes

Finished hermitian eigenvectors, re-activated experimental eigen-function eig1, and started adding simplex algorithm.

eigenvalue computation works properly, eigenvectors not so well yet #30 . Also added isInitialized assertions in utils and added some helpful functions
